Each month we ingest the public OIG List of Excluded Individuals and Entities and the public SAM.gov exclusions extract. You upload a roster. We return a dated record of the files we used (name + SHA-256) and every possible name or NPI match.

Possible matches are not identity-verified. The downloadable LEIE has no SSN. Confirm LEIE possibles on the OIG online search. Confirm SAM possibles on SAM.gov. This is not a statement that you are compliant. Not OIG-certified. Not SAM-certified. You remain the covered entity.

How a month works

We ingest the public OIG LEIE file and the public SAM exclusions extract (cron on the 10th UTC).
You subscribe, then upload a roster CSV.
You download a dated certificate naming those files and their SHA-256.
Possible matches go to the OIG online search or SAM.gov. We do not verify identity.
