Clearmonth screens a roster of names (and optional NPIs) against the public OIG LEIE file we ingested for that month. You get a dated certificate naming that file and its SHA-256, plus a list of possible matches.

A possible match is not identity-verified. The downloadable LEIE does not include SSN. Confirm possible matches on the OIG online search. Name match is not sufficient under OIG guidance.

We do not say you are compliant. We do not say OIG certified this screen. You remain the covered entity. This is not legal advice.

Demo screens use a tiny fixture labeled DEMO. They are not a monthly filing. Do not file a demo certificate.

Roster files are yours. We do not resell them. We do not train models on names.
